The item arrived in what could be considered in this environment quickly. Carlson always has an excellent quality product and the installation when well. I didn’t use the new included spring, but remember when you change the magazine the original spring is under significant pressure so be careful. Also, be aware of 922r.

I did a lot of product review before trying this product. It fits my factory Benelli m4 perfectly. It replaces the black fake extension that comes on the shotgun and fits the threading perfectly. Using the shorter Benelli magazine spring, it increased my capacity to 7 rounds of 2-3/4” shells in the tube plus 1 in the chamber. I did not try the spring that came with the product. It looks and feels well machined and the finish on it nearly matches the benelli steel finish. I highly recommend this product, especially at the price. Why pay the expensive price to replace the magazine tube completely when you can just add this cheaper extension for the same capacity?

Good upgrade to the Benelli M4 with the faux 2 round extension. The most difficult part of the install is removal of the spring retainer cap inside the 5 round magazine tube. Not a big deal, but mine did not come with the follower even though Optics Planet description said it was included.Overall: Carlson's extension is good quality, easy to install, sinches down tight and looks cool. I would purchase again.

The part was great quality but it did not fit my m4 it’s not the parts fault. I have a m4 clone and figured m4 parts were interchangeable to mine.

This works great. On a benelli m4 and also the Mac 1014…easy to install, fairly priced. Just get one.
